Arctic Security is a young, exciting, and disruptive cyber security company. We help companies and organizations reduce their cyber security risk by alerting them to cyber issues they did not know about. We are based in Oulu, Finland, with offices in Helsinki and Singapore and customers in Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America. Recently we launched a new Security as a Service offering called Arctic EWS (Early Warning Service) and are looking for a Sales Executive to help us accelerate growth.

Job Purpose
Arctic Security is expanding, and we are hiring a new Sales Executive to work from our Helsinki or Oulu office. We are looking for a person with 3 to 6 years of experience in direct sales, selling software or SaaS solutions to businesses. Sales Executive should be a self-starter and have a high activity level. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, are required. In addition, confidence in selling to both Technical Specialists and the C-Suite is needed. Experience from IT or Cyber security sales and channel management would be useful, but not mandatory to have.
Role and Responsibilities
Main Activities and responsibilities | |
Prospecting | Identifying and initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling, introductions, or by responding to inquiries generated from contact requests and advertisements. |
Developing sales strategies to draw in potential customers | |
Following up with prospects who expressed interest but have not yet purchased Arctic Security products or services | |
Sales | Create and maintain relationships with customers and accurately identify their needs and qualify their interests and sales viability |
Compelling product presentations for customers | |
Prompt preparation of offers and active at closing deals | |
Maintaining an updated pipeline in the company CRM system | |
Partners | Identifying and qualifying new partners in target markets |
At Arctic Security, you will find a dedicated and professional team with a good atmosphere. The position doesn't require extensive traveling, and some remote work is possible. Working time is primarily business hours in European time zones.
